Summer Founders Circle

To usher in the sunny season, we are happy to announce our next Founders Circle rooftop event on June 27th, hosted jointly by AWS and Women in VC!
If you’re a founder, investor, or just startup-landscape curious, join us for an afternoon of insights followed by networking drinks and some canapés to close the summer.

This time we want to zoom in on the hot topic of Emotional Intelligence, Mental Wellbeing, and Cultivating Cultures, also providing some insights on Amazon’s peculiar Day 1 Culture and Leadership Principles. We have fantastic guest speakers lined up for an engaging, fun and informative afternoon.

We’ll kick off the event with a thought-provoking keynote on “Emotional Intelligence to Supercharge Success” by Amazon EQ Ambassador Alba Mustafaj, where we explore the connection between emotional intelligence, innovation and inspiring leadership.

Next, we will hear a dynamic panel discussion with Startup Founders and VCs with Sanneke Mulderink-Scholten, Founder of Tranzer and Lynxx, Arosha Brouwer, Founder of Quan, Alex Ivanov, Executive Coach and Venture Capital Investor Arjan Griffioen from No Such Ventures and Maud Vermeulen, Board Member of Women in VC NL. Panelists will share their experiences and insights on prioritizing mental wellbeing, increasing grit and resilience and fostering a creative team culture.

As the day winds down, unwind and connect with startup friends over drinks, bites and DJ music on the rooftop next to the Amstel River to open the summer.
