Rotterdam-based Conversation24, an omnichannel commerce platform, announced on Thursday, August 24, that it has bagged funding from Amsterdam-based investment firm Holland Capital.
The company says that the fresh funds will help Conversation24 expand its global footprint and continue to develop its innovative platform.
Helping businesses engage customers
Conversation24 employs conversational AI to help businesses engage and communicate with their customers more meaningfully. In addition, its platform comes with features that can boost customer satisfaction, increase conversions and share of wallets, and unlock insights from conversational data.
The company also offers consumers shopping experiences in WhatsApp and connects payments to WhatsApp. This makes it a one-stop shop for businesses that want to provide customers with a seamless and convenient shopping experience.
The company says that its suite of solutions has already garnered acclaim from prominent global industry players, establishing Conversation24 as a frontrunner in the lead conversion and conversational commerce sectors.
“We are delighted to partner with Conversation24 in this exciting phase of their journey,” said Jorg van der Heijden, Partner at Holland Capital.
“Their breakthrough lead conversion and conversational commerce technology has already demonstrated significant impact across diverse sectors, and we are confident that this investment will help Conversation24 reach new heights,” adds Heijden.
