One of the most important things for a people manager in any industry is to develop their employees, which means equipping people with the skills they need to handle change and dynamic situations. Sometimes, people’s lack of technical proficiency may cost managers time and effort. In this case, considering a digital coach to help strengthen employee skills can ease the adoption of new processes and promote a healthy environment as well.

Raised €6 million!

Based out of Berlin, CoachHub is the digital coaching provider that offers holistic people development to forward-thinking companies.

Meet CoachHub!

Coachhub is the “mobile coaching cloud” and enables personalized coaching for employees of all career levels. It covers fields like time management, stress management, and leadership skills. Moreover, the A.I-based matching system suggests three business coaching that perfectly fit the employee’s requirements.

Coaching through app or web!

In this case, Coach and Coachee communicate directly through Coach Hub’s app on either smartphone or web. The coaching takes place via biweekly video calls, and e-learning tasks are available to provide further personal development. At any time, employees can communicate with their coach via an integrated chat function.

This digital platform was founded by serial entrepreneur brothers Yannis and Matti Niebelschutz. They are supported by many including psychologist Svenja Haus and a board of scientific advisors as well.

More than 300 qualified coaches!

At present, Coach Hub’s coaching pool currently consists of more than 300 qualified coaches worldwide, coaching in around 30 languages. This platform aims to turn managers into inspiring leaders, boost team performance, and help employees grow both personally and professionally.

A lot of companies, including Generali, Cargill, Hanseatic Bank, numerous DAX-listed companies, and innovative tech companies such as SoundCloud and HelloFresh, already use CoachHub.

Yannis Niebelschuetz, CoachHub founder and managing director said:

CoachHub allows our customers to turn organizational challenges into opportunities.
