AI on the Amstel Meetup (July Meetup)

The AI on the Amstel meetup is a technical meetup that features knowledgeable speakers discussing “in the weeds” AI topics and challenges. Our speakers have first-hand experience building AI products and services – there will be no vague discussions about AI disruption!

The July 2024 meetup will feature three presentations:

Lennard Kooy and Badr Eddial, CEO and CTO of Lleverage
Lennard and Badr will discuss how organizations can ensure large language models (LLMs) produce consistent and predictable results.

Lleverage is a platform for developers and product teams to build and deploy AI features without the hassle and complexity.

Robbert Dijkstra, Founder & CEO at Deepdesk
Robbert will discuss how to work with enterprise clients to set up AI governance and compliance processes that can operate at fast speeds and at scale. AI governance and compliance processes involve many teams across an organization – ranging from Tech to Product to Operations to Legal/Compliance.

Deepdesk has built proprietary LLMs and AI assistants to improve the efficiency and accuracy of clients’ customer service employees. Deepdesk works with large enterprises, such as DHL and Rabbobank.

Daniel Gontz, Principal UX Designer at Backbase
Daniel will speak about the challenges Backbase has faced when deploying consumer-facing generative AI assistants at large bank clients (e.g., on prem requirements, consumer data privacy concerns, etc.). He will then discuss Backbase’s solutions to these challenges.

Backbase has developed a cutting-edge whitelabel banking platforms. Backbase’s platform is used by over 150 banks around the globe.

We will have networking and drinks after the speaker presentations.
