How to give your business strategy an IP boost

The technology is in order, and you want to continue to grow with the company. The next step is an investment round. This can quickly be a tipping point for your company.

In the LSH sector, in particular, there are many hurdles to be taken: Good technology, a robust business plan, regulatory affairs in order, and a future-proof IP strategy.

All parts are not separate from each other but are strongly connected and dependent on each other. In this workshop, Business strategy and marketing advisor Birgit Schermbach (Esnede) will give you practical tips for drawing up a business strategy, and IP advisor Dr. Katja Apelt (Netherlands Patent Office) will tell you in detail about the possibilities of using IP within your company.

The workshop is intended for entrepreneurs who are active in Life Science Health and the biotech sector. During this workshop, practical examples from these sectors are central. You learn not only from the experts but also from others by doing class and individual assignments.

For this workshop, some basic knowledge is required; we assume that at the start, you have an understanding of the following:
