Dutch startup OWNER raises funding; launches real estate management app: Know more

Emmen, Drenthe, the Netherlands-based OWNER, a real estate management provider, announced on Wednesday that it has secured an undisclosed investment to expand its operations nationally and internationally.

The Dutch company has also announced the launch of its app, which will make managing and renting out real estate easier than ever.

In addition to the funding, the company has also announced a strategic partnership with Stripe to integrate a unique payment solution via Stripe.

“Thanks to our partnership with Stripe, rent payments can now be handled seamlessly, which is a huge step forward for both tenants and landlords,” says De Groot. “We are proud to be the only one in the Netherlands with this fully integrated payment solution. This enables us to able to transform real estate management worldwide.”

OWNER: Real estate management platform

Led by Pieter Alkemade, OWNER is a Dutch scale-up that offers real estate owners and managers the tools to manage and rent out real estate efficiently and smoothly.

“The real estate industry has been stuck in outdated systems for a long time,” says De Groot. “With OWNER, we bring together innovation and ease of use, exactly what the modern property owner needs. Linking property management and leasing in one system saves time, prevents errors, and makes everything clearer.”

The new mobile app combines simplicity and innovation, claims the company.

Users can share their rental listings on the platform as well as easily publish them on their website. 

Through the app, they can both receive tenant responses and handle all administration in one place.
