“This is not just a step, it is the beginning of an incredible adventure to reinvent recruitment and make professional interactions simpler and more efficient,” says the company in the LinkedIn post.

Noota: Empowering recruiters with AI

Founded by Alexandre Duffaut and Darius Alnaddaf, Noota offers an AI assistant that captures and synthesizes conversations from video conferences, phone calls, and in-person meetings.

The platform provides real-time transcription, intelligent summaries, and actionable insights, streamlining recruitment processes for HR teams.

It streamlines interview processes for hiring teams by transcribing discussions, creating structured candidate reports, and syncing data into ATS tools, eliminating the repetitive administrative burden.

The sales professionals can record calls, highlight customer objections, and push insights directly into CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot for faster deal cycles.

Project managers and team leaders benefit from clear meeting recaps and searchable transcripts, aligning cross-functional teams.

The company’s platform can be integrated with major platforms like Zoom, Teams, Webex, Google Meet, and even in-person recordings.

The platform supports transcription in over 50 languages and connects smoothly with popular tools like Notion, Slack, and BullHorn.

All user data is encrypted and hosted in EU-based servers. The platform is fully compliant with GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC2, giving businesses peace of mind while embracing automation.

With a user base of 100,000 active users and over 3,000 client companies, Noota processes approximately 50,000 transcriptions weekly.
