Vienna-based RUBICON, a provider of eGovernment software solutions, has acquired Gentics Software, an Austrian company specialised in enterprise content management systems (CMS).
The acquisition, supported by growth financier Pride Capital Partners, signifies an important step in RUBICON’s strategy to create a fully integrated platform for end-to-end digitisation of public administration.

Gentics: Provides Enterprise CMS solutions
Based out of Vienna, Gentics, provides Enterprise CMS solutions and customised portals, which are used by numerous well-known companies and organisations.
Gentics has been a key partner of RUBICON in the development of the Swiss government’s citizen portal, which links front-end interfaces with back-end systems.
This integration was subsequently standardised into the Dialogue Portal product, allowing for efficient communication between citizens and public authorities.

Founded in 2001, RUBICON is an Austrian provider of eGovernment solutions that enable public administrations to digitise their processes efficiently and securely.
The company supports government institutions with standardised software products, including Acta Nova (digital file and workflow automation), Document Partner (template management), and Nova Find (Lost & Found management).
