The new list of great places to work in 2025 is now out.

These are the companies that get the basics right when it comes to a healthy workplace — respect, fair pay, and, of course, career growth.
During the announcement at DeFabrique in Utrecht, 50 organisations were recognised for their employees’ belief that they excel in a culture of trust, pride, and enjoyment.
431 organisations participated
In the 2024–2025 research year, 431 organisations participated in the Trust Index employee survey.
Out of these, 326 achieved a score of 70 per cent or higher, earning them the title Great Place To Work-Certified.
Around 236 of them qualified for a spot on the 2025 Best Workplaces list. Of these participating organisations, 50 made it onto the 2025 Best Workplaces list.
These organisations distinguish themselves by investing in their employees, which is especially important in a time characterised by uncertainty, volatility, and technological disruption.
According to the research, the 50 Best Workplaces in the Netherlands are significantly more agile than the national average (90 per cent versus 61 per cent) and significantly more innovative (90 per cent versus 62 per cent).
René Brouwers, director of Great Place To Work Netherlands, says, “This year, the 50 Best Workplaces once again set the standard for a winning organisational culture. In a time when technology increasingly defines our work, it’s people-focused leadership and trust that truly make the difference. After all, we all have the technology, but not the people. Organisations that understand this create environments where people can be themselves, feel heard, and continue to develop. That’s where the agility of the future lies—and that’s precisely why these frontrunners are on the podium.
