Stockholm-based EvoluteIQ, a native AI platform serving global Fortune 500 clients, announced the completion of a $53M (nearly €44.73M) minority growth capital round led by Baird Capital.
The investment will support the company’s global expansion and its development in the enterprise agentic AI-led automation space.
Simplifying enterprise automation end-to-end
Every enterprise runs on processes. From receiving inputs to delivering outputs, the core of an organisation is in how its processes function. As businesses grew, processes became fragmented, spread across bots, separate systems, and AI tools that didn’t fully connect. Enterprises spent more time fixing integrations than moving work forward. Automation focused on managing tasks rather than overseeing complete operations.
EvoluteIQ approached this challenge by building a platform that treats processes as complete systems rather than disconnected parts.
It brings together process orchestration, data integration, and AI-driven decision-making in a single environment that supports Low-Code, No-Code, and Pro-Code approaches. This structure allows enterprises to design, deploy, and scale AI-enabled processes across their organisations.
Founded in 2019 by Sameet Gupte, Sanjay Koppikar, Deepak Kinger and Arun Hiremath, EvoluteIQ transforms how businesses manage their workflows.
The platform uses its Agentic Mesh Architecture (aMa) and the AI Workbench to coordinate full business operations. It allows enterprises in banking, insurance, healthcare, telecommunications, and manufacturing to run entire processes rather than isolated solutions.
By doing so, it helps enterprises move from fragmented AI and automation tools to fully autonomous processes. Systems can run on their own, adapt as needed, and support ongoing business goals, allowing operations to continue without constant supervision and supporting growth.

Sameet Gupte, co-founder and Chief Executive at EvoluteIQ, adds, “We are privileged to partner with Baird Capital for EvoluteIQ’s next phase as a company. The Agentic AI market represents a fundamental shift from reactive automation to proactive, intelligent orchestration.”
