London-based Amplience Limited, a provider of headless content management solutions, has completed £32M (approximately €37.82M) senior secured investment from AshGrove Capital, an independent pan-European specialty lender.
This investment is the sixth from AshGrove Specialty Lending Fund II (ASLF II), a €650M fund focused on supporting high-growth B2B software and services companies.
The round also saw participation from Farview Equity Partners, who invested in Amplience in 2022, alongside existing investor Octopus Ventures.
James Cunnah, Director at AshGrove Capital, says, “Amplience is a business we have known for a number of years. We were approached directly by the shareholders who valued the edge we bring through our understanding of the business and the sector.”
“We are excited to support their growth journey from here and greatly look forward to working with Farview, Octopus, and the management team.”
