AWS Benelux Summit is all set to kick off next month in the Netherlands! The global summit will be providing both new and experienced users with the opportunity to engage with the world’s largest Cloud provider.

Going by the industry experts, the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Global Summits are designed to educate new customers about the AWS platform and offer existing customers deep technical content to be more successful with AWS. In case you are based out of Benelux and are planning to attend AWS Summit, here at Silicon Canals we tell you the most important things to know about the international event.

#1 AWS Benelux Summit 2018: When and where?

The AWS Benelux Summit 2018 will take place May 31 at the “The World Forum” in The Hague, The Netherlands. Whether you’re new to the cloud or an experienced user, you’ll learn something new at the AWS Summit. Attending an AWS Summit will give you the opportunity to connect and collaborate with other AWS users and experts.

#2 It’s a free event!

AWS Benelux Summit 2018 is a free event that showcases the latest AWS announcements and customer successes and features breakouts and technical deep-dives on topics such as AI, Deep Learning, IoT, cloud architecture best practices, and more. There will also be networking opportunities. Included in the free Summit registration is access to the Keynote, Breakout Sessions, Partner & Solutions Expo Hall and the Cloud Lounge, as well as, receptions held within the Partner & Solutions Expo Hall.

#3 How to register?

It’s simple! To register for AWS Benelux Summit 2018, just head to the official AWS website. Also, it is to be informed, onsite at the Summit, sessions will be filled on a first-come-first-seated basis. Closer to the date, an event app will be launched to help attendees organize the day and keep up with all the exciting things happening at the summit.

#4 Don’t miss the Keynote

The AWS Summit has been known to arrange big names for their keynote presentations. AWS executives and customers alike add their perspective on the future of cloud environments. Don’t be surprised if AWS Summit Benelux featured Keynote speaker Dr. Werner Vogels, CTO Amazon.com and Kamini Aisola, Managing Director, AWS Benelux have a few announcements of their own. The Keynote is often the preferred platform for big announcements, so make sure to get a front-row seat.

The sessions and the overall event are designed to provide insight on emerging trends and aid in accelerating startup growth and development for all participants. This is the first-time there will be a big focus on the startup community in the AWS Benelux Summit. AWS is already known for helping startups scale and grow.
