London-based CloudStratex acquired by US-based Brillio: Know more

New Jersey-based Brillio, a global digital technology service provider, announced on Tuesday, May 2, that it has acquired London-based CloudStratex.

The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

CloudStratex is an advisory services company that specialises in building more agile and efficient cloud infrastructure for clients looking to accelerate their digital transformation.

Reason behind acquisition

Brillo says the acquisition will expand its offerings for banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) clients, and enhance its presence in the UK and Europe.

The combination of Brillio’s digital engineering capabilities, industry-oriented solutions, and global execution model with CloudStratex’s advisory and cloud infrastructure expertise will further strengthen the two companies’ ability to deliver superior business outcomes and experiences to their joint clients. 

CloudStratex: Offers cloud infrastructure advisory services

Founded in 2019, CloudStratex provides cloud infrastructure advisory services to clients in the UK and Europe. As per the company’s claims, it has achieved a compounded annual growth rate of 65 per cent.

Currently, CloudStratex works with top multinational players in the banking, financial services, insurance, technology, media, telecommunications, CPG, and healthcare industries, including 12 Global 2000 companies, including MunichRE, LV=, and The Ardonagh Group. 

Moving forward, CloudStratex’s more than 170 technology and consulting professionals, based primarily in the UK, will become a part of Brillio.
