Utrecht-based Campercontact, a platform connecting motorhome travellers with motorhome site providers, announced that it has secured €2M in growth funding to support the platform’s expansion and scaling efforts across Europe.

“The extensive network, capital, and market know-how of Airbridge Equity Partners enable us to accelerate our plans and further expand this promise.”
The investor!
The investment came from Airbridge Equity Partners, a technology-focused investment firm.
Airbridge Equity Partners specialises in technology-driven companies across Europe. They collaborate with the founding teams of early-stage businesses to foster growth and guide them to the next phase of development.
Robin Rensen, Investment Director at Airbridge Equity Partners says, “Building a community is not just time-consuming and valuable, but oftentimes also the only way to provide the solutions that all users of Campercontact put in their joint efforts for.”
“This active community, and a passionate team, will enable Campercontact to set the standard for the future of motorhome travels. With the innovative roadmap, motorhome site owners will also increasingly be involved in this community and all the solutions that are subsequently produced by it.”
Making motorhome travel information accessible to all
Led by Jorian Keij, Campercontact is a platform that helps people find a motorhome site that suits them. The travel information has been collected by fellow motorhome owners.
Motorhome owners, site managers, and industry professionals actively contribute to the community by sharing experiences on the Campercontact platform.
Whether posting photos, reviews, new sites, or suggesting changes, this collaborative effort ensures up-to-date and fresh information for all, catering to both novice and experienced motorhome enthusiasts.
Campercontact, recently separated as an independent company from Europe’s largest motorhome club, NKC, boasts a platform with 40,000+ motorhome sites in 58 countries, serving over a million enthusiasts.
As an independent company, Campercontact plans to invest in services for campings and motorhome sites, enabling direct bookings and enhancing visibility for location managers throughout Europe.
