With this investment, investors can contribute to the further development of a flexible and future-proof energy system, with stable returns.

The Dutch company will use the funds to develop essential infrastructure and offer investors a chance to contribute. These bonds feature a fixed interest rate and a predictable term, ensuring financial security and social impact. In collaboration with Zonhub, all projects meet strict quality standards.

The Dispatch bond subscription opens on February 10th at 13:00 CET, with a minimum investment of €3.5M and a maximum of €5M. Early subscription is encouraged due to limited availability.

“At Dispatch, we believe in a future where reliable and sustainable energy solutions are the norm,” says Eiso Vaandrager, CEO of Dispatch.

“This bond not only offers an attractive return for investors, but also plays a crucial role in strengthening energy grids and accelerating the energy transition. Thanks to the collaboration with Zonhub and our crowd investors, we can make this possible in a way that is both financially and socially responsible,” adds Vaandrager.

Dispatch: Battery energy storage provider

Founded in 2021, Dispatch focuses on the development, construction, and management of large-scale battery energy storage systems.

These systems are directly connected to central substations of grid operators.

As a result, the company contributes to balancing supply and demand on the electricity grid to improve the stability of the electricity grid.

At present, the company has 2,000 MW of battery projects under development in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

Currently, the Amsterdam-based company is building the largest standalone battery in Dordrecht, the Netherlands.
