The round includes support from New Enterprise Associates (NEA), Elaia Partners, and returning investors, along with new participation from Speedinvest, a pan-European investment fund.
This new financing comes two years after they raised €12M in Series A funding.
This funding will help the French company achieve its primary goal — simplifying the online process for B2B companies, from taking orders to processing payments.
The company does it by developing a suite of AI agents for its customers. This new technology will help simplify the order process and boost productivity.
“B2B continues to transform with AI. Professionals expect turnkey and scalable solutions to address the increasingly complex challenges of the sector,” says Arnaud Rihiant, Founder & CEO at DJUST.
Currently, DJUST manages 1.5 billion transactions a year and aims to reach 3B by 2026.
Launched DJUST Pay
Besides, the company also introduced a feature called DJUST Pay.
This feature will integrate payment methods specifically designed for B2B transactions into their e-commerce platform.
This will help customers streamline their operations, create personalised experiences, and better manage cash flow.
With the launch of DJUST Pay and the AI Agent suite, the platform can now address all customer issues, regardless of company size or industry, claims the company.
Since its €12M funding round in 2023, the company has witnessed significant growth.
With HQ and R&D in France, the company plans to accelerate its activities in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, and also expand into new European markets such as Spain, Italy, Germany, and England.
“With the DJUST teams, we are banking on innovation to support the sector, and the deployment of a suite of AI agents, or even an integrated payment solution, seems to us to be the new essential building blocks for increasing productivity and cash flow, regardless of the size or sector of activity of a company,” adds Rihiant.

It serves as a flexible ordering system that supports business scalability and innovation.
The company, which now has more than 50 employees, supports around fifty clients, ranging from independent carpenters to Eiffage and Franprix.
