Amsterdam-based ClickDealer, a company that develops solutions to fulfil marketing goals across the industry, announced on Tuesday, March 7, that its assets have been acquired by US-based Digital Media Solutions (DMS).

Founded in 2012, DMS claims to be a leading provider of technology-enabled digital performance advertising solutions connecting consumers and advertisers.

DMS claims to offer technology-enabled solutions that efficiently reduce the risk associated with advertising expenditures and give advertisers a wider audience so they can scale customer acquisition campaigns beyond their initial scope.

What does ClickDealer offer?

ClickDealer was founded in 2012 by a team of marketers who decided to combine their efforts and make a difference in the online advertising industry.

It is a global performance marketing company that assists advertisers, publishers, and companies in getting the best results from their online marketing efforts.

Advertisers can develop their brands using ClickDealer because of its hands-on campaign management approach and ongoing control over creatives and sources. This eliminates worries about fake leads or questionable promotion.

Aim of this acquisition

Both DMS and ClickDealer aim to innovate performance marketing.

“Our goals have been aligned from the beginning, and combining our capabilities developed over the years will multiply the pace at which we can create strategies and solutions for quality enterprises to get the attention of their target audiences in the shortest time and at minimal costs.”

The features provided by both parties will help in the creation of “innovative” and effective client acquisition pipelines.

“Our companies’ advances in granular campaign performance tracking in tandem are bound to create analytical technologies with unprecedented capabilities,” says ClickDealer.

The US market customers of DMS will gain from ClickDealer’s proficiency in growing localised campaigns. “…we, in turn, are excited to broaden the scope of our partnerships by collaborating with new market entities,” mentions ClickDealer.

Publishers of ClickDealer will benefit from DMS-powered Aimtell, which will enable novel retargeting and user re-engagement strategies.

Two verticals that both companies will be collaborating closely in are home improvement and insurance. Especially in the US market, home improvement goods have been the most popular category on ClickDealer’s site.

ClickDealer says, “Our partner CDG (Customer Direct Group), also acquired by DMS, will broaden the opportunities for growth in the market with access to their industry-leading leadgen marketplace HomeQuote and many upcoming products.”

ClickDealer will also expand its portfolio to give its supply-side partners new opportunities to develop strategies for promoting these services.

Taras Kiseliuk, CEO of ClickDealer, adds, “Growing lead generation in the US market has been a strategic vector for ClickDealer since 2020, and this acquisition is a major step forward in that direction. DMS’ existing assets and expertise in the market will help us explore new verticals and further develop those we are already established in.”
