Amstelveen-based OAASIS, a company that provides AI-driven software for SMEs and mid-market companies to manage and optimise supply chains, has raised €2.9M in funding.

OAASIS, launched on 9 September 2025, has officially entered the Dutch market with support from HGT Invest.

Arie Thomassen, Director at HGT Invest, says, “By combining smart technology with hands-on support, OAASIS provides significant value to smaller companies looking to continuously optimise their supply chains.”

“We have complete confidence in the team, led by experienced management with a proven track record, and are excited to contribute to their growth.”

Capital utilisation

OAASIS plans to grow its platform and expand its team to 11 members, with Pieter de Haas joining Wouter Samama (CEO/CFO) and Lucas Koster (CTO/COO) as CCO.

In the coming months, the company will focus on expanding within the Benelux, with plans to enter the UK, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland within two years, followed by broader European and international growth.

Making supply chains radically accessible

OAASIS offers an AI-based modular platform that integrates technology and expert services for end-to-end supply chain management.

The company aims to provide SMEs and mid-market companies in the consumer goods sector with access to the same level of supply chain management and optimisation used by large corporations.

Wouter Samama, CEO of OAASIS, says, “Compared to large international corporates, smaller companies often lack the right software, processes and expertise for optimal supply chain management.”

“The complexity means that many opportunities for optimisation remain unknown and untapped, while they could have a major impact on results. With OAASIS, we bridge this gap and enable these companies to operate at the same level with ease.”

The platform uses AI models to optimise supply chain operations and provide a transparent overview of the entire chain.

Users can access data, scenario analyses, and forecasts to guide decisions on purchasing, production, inventory, and logistics. According to OAASIS, this approach differentiates it from other providers in the same price segment.

Samama adds, “OAASIS is nothing like a traditional inventory management platform. It’s a tool that calculates all possible scenarios for optimisation, even when there are constraints or trade-offs to consider, such as how much inventory is needed to ensure high customer service levels.”

The OAASIS platform provides users with data, scenario analyses, and forecasts to guide decisions on purchasing, production, inventory, and logistics, which the company says sets it apart from other providers in the same price segment.

The platform also offers access to supply chain planners, managers, and engineers, whom clients can engage as needed.

Samama further mentions that “OAASIS not only provides world-class technology but also offers additional support when needed. This allows our clients to get the most out of the software and complement the expertise of their in-house teams. This combination of ‘software and services’ enables supply chains to transform for maximum efficiency and optimal results.”

Additionally, the OAASIS platform features a modular, plug-and-play design that allows it to be implemented within a month and scaled as needed.

According to the company, its platform offers a minimum ROI of 300 per cent, can increase customer satisfaction by up to 99 per cent, improve inventory accuracy by up to 30 per cent, and reduce annual operational costs by up to 10 per cent.

OAASIS officially launched on 9 September 2025, with initial customers including e-Luscious, Marcel’s Green Soap, Senza Tea, The Nice Company, and Élala.
