Netherlands-based Enreach, a startup that provides collaboration technology and telecom services, announced on Wednesday that it has acquired Dutch ICT provider Contict and Danish service provider Datel.
Enreach says it has further strengthened its footprint in the Netherlands and Denmark with the acquisitions, continuing its buy-&-build strategy. Enreach also says it will also gain productivity expertise and solutions, as well as improved scale in its voice and connection business.
About Contict and Datel
Founded in 2006, Contict is a full-service ICT provider, serving over 500 SMEs in the Northern and Eastern parts of the Netherlands. The company claims to bring a strong track record and experience in selling cloud communications solutions and other smart cloud services to its customers.
Datel was established in 1983 and currently trades as a member of the KLC Erhverv franchise, serving over 1,000 businesses across Denmark with full workplace and business telephony solutions.
Enreach says that Contict and Datel joining it will open up new possibilities for clients in both nations while broadening the product lineup, which already includes Enreach’s range of communications and collaboration solutions.
How will the acquisitions help Enreach?
The two acquisitions represent a crucial milestone in Enreach’s expansion strategy to establish itself as the market leader in convergent contact solutions throughout Europe. Enreach says that it is now able to access productivity tools that go well beyond the characteristics of unified communications (UC) and are much more in line with evolving consumer demands.
Stijn Nijhuis, CEO of Enreach, says, “With a strong portfolio of companies selling cloud communications solutions, Enreach has added and successfully integrated IT specialised vendors over the last two years. This has given us a leading position in many of our European markets. We continue to see an accelerated convergence of IT and unified communications driven by increased remote working and adoption of cloud-based collaboration.”
Nijhuis adds, “These two acquisitions, which bring significant expertise and knowledge of successfully delivering integrated communications and IT solutions, are representative of our long-term buy-&-build strategy and strengthen our ability to serve the evolving needs of our customers. We are extremely pleased to welcome Contict and Datel to the group.”
What does Enreach offer?

All operations contribute to intelligent, integrated IT and communication solutions that ensure optimal communication and workflow between organisations, says the company.
