Last update:

Berlin-based everyone energy, a greentech startup that accelerates the expansion of renewable technologies in buildings through energy transition consulting software, has secured fresh funding in its seed round. The seven-figure funding amount, however, remains undisclosed.

The round was led by High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) and Germany-based neoteq ventures, an early-stage VC.

Fabian Reetz, co-founder of everyone energy, says, “We are excited about the successful completion of our seed financing and the partnership with High-Tech Gründerfonds and neoteq ventures.”

“This investment allows us to advance our vision of accelerating the energy transition through innovative technologies and advisory services.”

Digital energy transition advice for everyone

In August 2021, Céline Göhlich, Fabian Reetz and Florian Gmeiner started everyone energy. The company offers white-label software for personalised advice on renewable energy solutions.

Its software lets energy service companies use digital tools to grow their business efficiently by automating tasks.

everyone energy mentions in a statement that despite growing awareness about environmental issues and available technologies like solar panels and heat pumps, many people struggle due to the energy industry’s complex regulations. Understanding and navigating these rules is tough, and making informed decisions is challenging.

Meanwhile, energy service providers operate in a competitive market and suffer from a lack of skilled workers. Consulting customers on energy transitions demands time and expertise, which are both scarce and costly.

everyone energy’s automated consulting software addresses this bottleneck, benefiting both service providers and consumers, and streamlining the energy transition process.

Dr. Koen Geurts, Investment Manager at HTGF, says, “The challenges of the energy transition in Germany and Europe are enormous, and clients are facing increasingly complex challenges in implementing renewable energy projects. There is still a significant need for digitalisation and automation.”
