Paris-based Omi, an AI-powered visual generation startup, announced on Monday that it has raised €13M in a Series A funding round led by Dawn Capital.
Other investors, including Founders Future and other angel investors, including Paul Robson, former international president at Adobe, participated.
The French company will use the funds to accelerate the development of its product and go-to-market strategy, specifically in the US market.
Omi: AI-powered visual generation
In 2020, Hugo Borensztein and Paul Borensztein founded Omi, a company that has developed a platform to assist companies and brands in creating 3D visual assets.
The company does this by combining third-party GenAI models and their proprietary technology.
At present, the company works with over 1000 brands, including Clarins, Nestle, and Meta.

Since its inception, Dawn has raised over $2B from leading global investors to invest in best-of-breed European B2B software.

The firm has invested in over 80 category-leading companies founded across 16 European countries, including multi-billion leaders Mimecast, iZettle, Tink, LeanIX, and currently established unicorns Collibra, Dataiku, and Quantexa.
Besides funding, Dawn also offers invaluable mentorship, depth of experience, strategic guidance, and a unique founder community.
