Melbourne-based Fundsquire, a company that offers a source of capital for startup and scale-ups, has announced that it raised $75M (approx €63.5M) in a debt and equity round of funding.

The round was invested by London-based investment management firm Fasanara Capital.
Established in 2011, Fasanara Capital is a quantitative fintech investment company authorised and regulated by the FCA. It claims to offer access to inventive disruptive products and real-economy impact investment solutions. Fasanara manages approx $1.9B in assets under management across four core strategies.
Use of the capital
The proceeds from this round will help Fundsquire to support its goals, launch new funding products in its existing markets in Australia, Canada, and the UK, and enable tech development and market expansion in the coming year.
