Netherlands-based Godrive.nu, a startup that offers a car subscriptions service for used but young cars, announced on Tuesday, November 15, that it has raised €4M in a fresh round of funding from Yesqar.
Eindhoven-based Yesqar is a financial firm that combines a data automation platform and finances to offer short and long-term loans and automobile leases.
Capital utilisation
Godrive.nu says it can realise further growth of the lease fleet with the new funds. “Thanks to the collaboration, we can fully focus on the development of the platform,” says Sjors Hemmen, founder and CEO of Godrive.nu.
Hemmen further adds, “With Godrive.nu, we are responding to the changing market that is shifting from owning a car to just using it. The platform is a unique full-service solution for mobility and completely unburdens the motorist. The user takes out an all-in car subscription in a few clicks and receives the car within two weeks. All the driver has to do is fill up!”
