US-based Growth Catalyst Partners, a private equity firm focused on investing in information, marketing, and tech-enabled services, on Wednesday announced that it has acquired UK-based InspiredMinds!
This acquisition helps InspiredMinds! expand into the US market and strengthen its goal of connecting top AI talent through events like World Summit AI and Intelligent Health.
However, post-acquisition, InspiredMinds! will remain an independent business under the continued leadership of Sarah Porter as CEO and Maisie Holder as Managing Director.
The company is planning to launch its festival-style AI summits in the United States in 2025.
The acquisition enhances Growth Catalyst Partners’ growing collection of specialised data and AI leadership services. These services help public and private organisations deal with the fast changes and opportunities brought by AI.
