Stockholm-based Talentium, an AI-powered hiring platform, has secured €3.5M in a pre-seed funding round. The investment was led by EQT Ventures with participation from notable angel investors.

Talentium provides an automated search engine designed to help businesses and recruiters quickly identify the right talent. The platform analyses millions of profiles using simple prompts to find ideal matches, significantly reducing the time typically spent on candidate searches.
The company’s end-to-end solution includes AI-driven search capabilities and an automated pipeline that generates job postings and matches candidates.
The system also automatically updates records whenever candidates acquire new skills or change jobs, streamlining the entire recruitment process.
Talentium’s platform is built with end-to-end security, fully compliant with GDPR and other global data protection regulations. The company follows industry “best” practices to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all recruitment data.
Additionally, Talentium has established a security advisory board, consisting of experts in AI safety, industrial sectors, and recruitment, to guide its security protocols.
