Antwerp-based iDalko, a Platinum Atlassian Partner, and Exalate, an integration solution provider, announced on Tuesday, May 2, that they have decided to operate as independent companies.
With this strategic decision, each firm will be able to concentrate on its respective strengths and seek better development opportunities.
What does Exalate offer?
Exalate aims to make collaboration easy across all teams and company borders by providing secure decentralised integration that bridges the gap between systems.
It is a supplier of integration software that promotes cooperation, productivity, and teamwork across tools, teams, and company borders.
Exalate has now officially launched as an independent company after years of successful operation under the iDalko brand. It claims to have been instrumental in establishing iDalko’s international recognition.
With this latest development, the company aims to increase its market penetration and accelerate product creation to create a global network of connected companies.
Currently, Exalate has over 60 employees and over 150 business partners, and with its growth approach, which produced growth rates with a 2X Y-o-Y rise in revenue, will help serve more than 2000 clients globally.
The company is prepared to enter its next stage of innovation with a renewed emphasis on improving its solutions as it builds on this positive momentum.
Exalate raises funds for further growth
According to a statement, Exalate has received a large infusion of cash to support its ambitious objectives. The firm says it will use this financing to grow its global team of experts, accelerate the development of new products, and increase its presence in important areas.
The company will also make investments to enhance its services for businesses that want to create a bigger ecosystem of connected partners, suppliers, and clients.
To support its expansion plans as an independent firm, Exalate recently underwent a thorough redesign of its visual identity. In line with its values, the new branding has a new logo, colour scheme, font, and overall visual style.
The new branding reflects the company’s ambitious vision for the future and helps position it as the go-to software integration provider for businesses of all sizes.
What’s next for iDalko?
iDalko Licencing and Consulting is an IT solutions company that has over 10+ years of in-depth IT experience. The business assists companies in making the most of their Atlassian investments.
Hilde Van Brempt and Francis Martens, who co-founded iDalko, will continue to work with Exalate and provide their knowledge and experience to advance the business.
Martens says, “We’re thrilled to continue Exalate’s journey as the leading provider of integration software. Our goal is to empower businesses to work smarter and more efficiently, and now we can double down on our efforts to innovate and enhance our offerings.”
Hilde Van Brempt adds, “We are proud of iDalko and Exalate’s growth over the past 12 years and grateful for the drive and commitment of the team that made it happen. We see this new phase as an opportunity for both companies to fully focus on and maximise their strengths.”
Manuel Pattyn will continue to be the MD of iDalko.
iDalko has also teamed up with Avisi, a top Atlassian Platinum and monday.com Gold Partner.
Pattyn says, “iDalko and Avisi are two of the most innovative and forward-thinking Atlassian Platinum and monday.com Gold Partners in Belgium/France, and the Netherlands, respectively. We are joining forces to offer even more cutting-edge solutions and services to our customers.”
