Infraspeak is an Intelligent Maintenance Management Platform (IMMP) designed for facility managers and service providers to gain full operational control, ensure compliance with regulations and SLAs, and enhance team productivity.

By automating workflows and customising preventive maintenance for various asset types, Infraspeak aims to reduce maintenance response times and improve asset longevity.

Key features include automated task scheduling, IoT integration, and data-driven insights that enhance operational efficiency. The platform’s flexibility allows facility managers to address specific needs, while its collaborative workspace facilitates real-time communication between teams.

Founded in 2015 by Luis Martins and Felipe Ávila da Costa, the company is committed to simplifying facilities management processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Currently, it serves over 60,000 users managing approximately 240,000 buildings globally.

Capital utilisation

The funds will help Infraspeak to accelerate its expansion efforts, particularly in Europe, Latin America, and Africa.

The company aims to enter new markets, including France, the DACH region, and the Nordics, while also hiring over 100 new team members by 2025 to enhance its capabilities in revenue growth and enterprise sales.
