Kauan Von Novack has announced via a LinkedIn post that he is now the Group CEO of The Innoleaps Group, the mother company of Startupbootcamp, Innoleaps and The Talent Institute.
“During the pandemic, I was asked to become the Global Managing Director of Startupbootcamp, and with much hard work and a fantastic team, we tripled the size of the company in 3 years,” says Von Novack.
“Now, I take on a new challenge as the Group CEO of The Innoleaps Group – with an ambition to turn this group into a €1B Innovation Engine,” says Von Novack.
“Much, much more to come! Sky is the limit for such a beautiful platform as this & I humbly look forward to working with many of you in my network in the coming months and years!” adds Von Novack.
The Group has already announced a new office in Brazil this year, and the debut of its investment fund, SBC New Horizons.
Von Novack’s job was Chief Transformation, where he reorganised the SBC and established Accelerator Squared and acquired FuelUp – powered by Innoleaps.
Who is Kauan Von Novack?
Von Novack was born in Brazil. His mother worked as a feminist lawyer who was also a late high-ranking sportswoman in the 1970s, and his father was an entrepreneur who invented the VoIP technology in Brazil.
Von Novack has worked in 3 different countries with strategy, marketing, branding, online optimisation, and business development.
He founded and served as CMO of two TV programmes (a fashion brand ecosystem), two consulting firms, and a magazine with operations in the US and South America.
Von Novack claims his strength is in being able to develop seed ideas into multimillion-dollar initiatives. He also has strong achievements in more than eight industry areas, including fashion, retail, real estate, politics, media, health, music, and IT.

Innoleaps was founded by serial entrepreneurs and Startupbootcamp founders Patrick de Zeeuw and Ruud Hendriks to establish the first corporate accelerator programme in the world.
