Munich-based Bliro, a conversation intelligence platform, has raised €2.8M in a funding round led by LEA Partners, with additional support from 468 Capital and Rockstart. This investment brings the company’s total funding to €3.3M.
Besides the funding, the company has also announced its new iOS app, which transcribes and analyses face-to-face conversations across various environments, including offices, trade fairs, and factory floors.
Capital utilisation
The proceeds will be used to advance product development and expand its market presence.
Maurice Schweitzer, co-founder of Bliro, says, “We are very proud, that over the past 1.5 years, we have collaborated with hundreds of companies and thousands of users — including European scale-ups and technology leaders such as Immoscout24, OMR or Telefónica Germany to build a product that puts efficiency and performance of their customer-facing teams on Autopilot.”
A compliant conversation intelligence
Founded in 2022 by Martin Thoma and Maurice Schweitzer, Bliro is a next-gen conversation intelligence platform that works across all communication channels—whether in-person, on the phone, or in virtual meetings—without the need for intrusive bots or complex integrations.
The company’s platform helps businesses streamline customer interactions and improve efficiency. Bliro automates routine tasks such as meeting notes, follow-ups, and database updates, allowing teams to focus on higher-value work.
Its fully customisable AI models integrate with existing systems, ensuring the right information is captured and shared efficiently.
The platform’s real-time transcription and AI-powered analysis help customer-facing teams save 8-10 hours of manual work per week while unlocking valuable conversational insights for the entire organisation.
Built with privacy and compliance at its core, Bliro’s proprietary audio processing technology ensures that no audio recordings are created, enabling businesses to adhere to GDPR and similar regulations more easily.
Unlike traditional recording-based solutions, Bliro’s real-time transcription preserves individual privacy, eliminating the need for active consent while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Currently, Bliro is used in over 1,000 companies, including brands like ImmoScout24, OMR, and Telefónica Germany.
