The French car-sharing platform unicorn BlaBlaCar has today officially launched the BlaBlaBus network in the Netherlands with a first bus ride from Amsterdam Sloterdijk to Paris. It was only in March 2019, when we reported that the company will announce its bus lines in Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands soon. By expanding its presence into Germany, the new bus service by the company is all set to compete against the likes of Flixbus.

Further, BlaBlaBus will run starting this summer via 16 different routes through the Benelux. Travellers can make reservations from today through BlaBlaCar platform. The starting price for a ticket from Amsterdam to Brussels is € 4.99.
