London-based Nodes & Links, an AI-powered platform for construction project management, has secured $12M (approximately €11.46M) in Series B funding.

ETF Partners led the round, which included participation from SFC, Uncorrelated, and existing investors.

AI-powered schedule management platform

Founded in 2018 by Greg Lawton and Dr Christos Ellinas, Nodes & Links is a technology company helping global enterprises streamline complex projects, from infrastructure and energy to hyperscale construction like data centres.

Its AI-powered platform automates workflows, provides real-time insights, and enhances decision-making, enabling faster, more cost-effective, and sustainable project delivery.

By deploying Vertical AI Agents, Nodes & Links automates critical tasks such as project analysis and compliance reporting, allowing companies to focus on high-value work while maintaining full control over workflows and data.

Used by Fortune 500 firms like Intel, The Royal Bam Group, and AECOM, it optimises resources and reduces waste to support sustainable infrastructure.

In 2024, the platform claims to have saved businesses 175,000+ hours with adoption growing sixfold. Its AI-powered CO2 tracker has also helped cut over 9,000 kT of emissions across 711+ projects.

Accelerating projects

Nodes & Links’ Vertical AI Agents leverage proprietary AI within a secure platform to simplify complex workflows, cutting tasks from days or weeks to minutes.

In large-scale projects like data centers, where teams spend significant time on progress and risk reports, the platform automates these processes quickly, allowing teams to focus on analysis and risk management.

Lucy Rand, Partner at ETF Partners, says, “Nodes & Links is redefining how enterprises approach project complexity, enabling smarter, faster, and more sustainable decisions. Their technology enhances operational resilience and drives meaningful environmental impact by reducing inefficiencies, resource waste, and carbon footprints across industries.”

“As Europe’s leading sustainability investors, we are committed to supporting innovative solutions that align business performance with sustainability goals, and we are excited to help the Nodes & Links team scale their impact globally.”

Capital utilisation

The investment will support the company’s expansion in Europe and growth into the US, bringing its Vertical AI solutions to more enterprises.

Greg Lawton, CEO of Nodes & Links, says, “Our AI agents take away the annoying bits of the work, empowering humans to focus on actually delivering projects on time and on budget, and in doing so, benefiting entire communities.”

“This funding allows us to expand our reach, transforming construction at a time when smarter solutions are critical.”

Nodes & Links is scaling its operations to bring Vertical AI to more enterprises, transforming workflows and setting a new benchmark for enterprise transformation.
