The company says, “We believe a city bicycle should be simple, timeless and without worthless features. That is the reason a Veloretti is just a no-nonsense bicycle brand, with a contemporary design and a good price. Handmade for comfort and simplicity, for you to get through your daily commute in style.”

In 2021, the company launched its first urban e-bikes – the IVY and ACE. Veloretti claims that it is one of the fastest-growing Direct-to-Consumer bicycle brands in Europe.

Founded 10 years ago, the brand is currently active in 27 countries and has about 60 employees. With this acquisition, Veloretti will continue to function independently under the leadership of founder Ferry Zonder. In the coming years, the focus will be on further international growth.
