Amsterdam-based Meetingselect, a meeting management platform to book small to complex meetings worldwide, announced on Monday, October 3, that it has acquired Utrecht-based hospitality tech company Cyberdigma.
Founded in 2001 by Marielle Sijgers and hospitality tech entrepreneur Ronald van den Hoff, Cyberdigma claims to have been a pioneer in innovating the meetings and workspace industry. Since 2007, the company has developed the software platform for Seats2meet.com, a meeting and coworking concept.
Marielle Sijgers says “As shareholders of Cyberdigma, we have full confidence in the team at Meetingselect to further innovate the meetings & workspace Industry. There is a real demand for new ways of working and smart solutions. By having our skilled technical team join forces with the team at Meetingselect, they will be able to faster deliver coworking and workspace meeting space booking solutions to both bookers and venues.”
