Dutch HRtech firm Salur acquires BvB Group: Know more

Gouda, South Holland-based Salure, a company specialised in HR and payroll solutions, announced on Monday that it has acquired the BvB Group.

Based out of Nijkerk, BvB Group is a service partner of AFAS Software and supports organisations in the optimisation of software and payroll.

With over 20 employees, BvB Group offers comprehensive services such as Personnel & Payroll Administration, Functional Management, Consultancy, Training, and Project Management.

The acquisition

As a part of the acquisition, The BvB Group will continue to work under Salure.

Moving forward, the clients of BvB Group will now have access to Salure’s high-quality services, which meet strict quality standards such as ISAE 3402 and ISO 27001.

In addition, BvB Group gains access to control software developed by Salure. This results in more efficient processes, improved accuracy, and better insights into HR and payroll data.

“The integration with Salure allows us to take the service to the next level while maintaining the personal approach that our customers value,” says Rob van Bruggen, director of BvB Group.

For Salure, the acquisition is a strategic integration that fits seamlessly with their corporate vision.

Salure: Optimising HR processes

Salure is an HR and payroll solutions providing various services, including payroll outsourcing, international HRM solutions, and software.

With more than 100 employees, the Dutch company helps organisations optimise their HR processes and contribute to being an attractive employer.

“Our mission is to support organisations in their development into attractive employers. We achieve this by streamlining processes, reducing workloads, and offering new insights,” says Paul van Hengel, director of Salure.

“With the additional people and expertise from BvB Group, we can serve more clients and do so more effectively,” adds Hengel.
