Florence-based ShippyPro, an all-in-one shipping management software, announced on Tuesday, November 7, that it has secured $15M (approximately €14M) in a Series B round of funding from Five Elms Capital.

The recent capital infusion will help the Italian company to expand globally and accelerate innovation to become the shipping infrastructure for brands.

“One-click shopping has made commerce evolving beyond geographic borders,” says Francesco Borghi, co-founder and CEO of ShippyPro.

“We have designed ShippyPro to be universal from day one to help our customers accelerate their international expansion while enabling their transition to omnichannel commerce with services such as ship from store, return to store, and same-day delivery,” adds Borghi.

ShippyPro: Eliminate shipping complexities

ShippyPro was founded by Francesco Borghi (CEO) and Lorenzo Rogai (CTO) in 2016 to eliminate shipping complexities for businesses by optimising every aspect of fulfilment.

ShippyPro is the complete shipping hub that helps worldwide merchants ship, track and return their e-commerce orders.

The Italian company has created a multi-carrier infrastructure that streamlines the fulfilment process from order intake to tracking and returns, resulting in significant time and cost savings for brands.

ShippyPro uses data-driven technology to help brands select the optimal shipping service, automate label generation, and monitor delivery performance to enhance consumers’ experience and gain a competitive edge.

The company has built the largest library for logistics with over 165 carriers and 85 sales channels natively integrated that give brands access to new shipping services.

The company currently processes millions of shipments per month for thousands of clients in more than 36 countries for important brands in different industries, including Diesel, Guess, and Venchi which rely on the platform to automate shipping and offer a better customer experience.

The company has recently launched two new products.

The first facilitates Out-of-home deliveries, granting brands the flexibility to let consumers receive their orders at diverse drop-off points, including postal offices, supermarkets, and local shops.

The ShippyPro Data Optimise suite is a business intelligence tool that empowers brands with control and oversight over their shipping data.
