Delft-based service management provider TOPdesk announced that it has secured €200M in a fresh round of funding.
The investment came from CVC Growth Funds, marking a significant milestone as the company welcomes its first external capital infusion while staying under founder ownership.
Sebastian Künne, Senior MD at CVC says, “The passion that Wolter (co-founder of TOPdesk) and his team have to deliver new capabilities to their customers has made the business the success it is today.”
“We’re thrilled to support Wolter in bringing this market leader to many more customers and new geographies around the world.”

A new partnership!
TOPdesk selected CVC as its strategic partner for the next growth phase, citing valuable expertise and a focus on corporate social responsibility.
With this round, CVC Growth Funds acquires a minority stake in TOPdesk and partners with co-founder and CEO Wolter Smit and CFO Rob Haaring to accelerate the company’s growth.
Co-founder Smit says, “It was gratifying to see the significant interest from numerous companies in our software business. Our stable growth, unique market position, and consistently satisfied customers make us an appealing partner.”
