Amsterdam’s XLABS, a company specialised in Xperience Level Agreement (XLA), on Tuesday, June 4, announced the merger with London-based Bright Horse to create an international Experience Management powerhouse providing XLA training and consultancy.

Through this merger, the new company will offer a range of XLA training, consulting, and implementation services to enterprise clients worldwide.

The new firm boasts a team of XLA visionaries, experienced implementing consultants, and trainers. The newly formed company will be headed by Robin Marchand and Neil Keating, who will be managing partners.

Both companies will continue to operate under their own names for the foreseeable future.

XLABS: Xperience Level Agreement

Founded by Marco Gianotten and Robin Marchand, XLABS specialises in Xperience Level Agreement (XLA). It offers a wide range of training and consulting services, as well as advice on technology and tool selection. XLABS is headquartered in the Netherlands but operates internationally.

“This is an incredibly exciting milestone that accelerates our impact and reach within the XLA ecosystem,” says Robin Marchand, Formerly CEO of XLABS.

“XLABS and Bright Horse have been friendly rivals for some time, both delivering exceptional XLA work but playing to different strengths. Together, we create a complete full-service XLA offering with end-to-end capabilities that our clients have been asking for,” says Marchand.

Bright Horse: Employee experience movement

Founded in 2015, Bright Horse aims to enhance the employee experience movement and help organisations to improve their employee’s productivity.

Realising that many organisations struggle with this, Bright Horse focuses on helping them fix these issues by measuring, managing, and improving employees’ experience of their digital workplace.

The company educates, assesses, advises, and provides technical solutions and support to ensure that IT delivers the right outcomes and values.

“XLA is going to drive transformation across every industry, and enterprises need trusted partners to help them take full advantage,” says Neil Keating, formerly CEO of Bright Horse, who will serve as Managing Partner of XLABS/Bright Horse.

“By combining our teams’ deep XLA knowledge with our complementary geographic footprints and domain specialties, we can truly be that end-to-end partner on a global scale,” adds Keating.
