YDUN: Next-generation health studio
Led by Christian Blomberg, YDUN combines AI technology with expert evaluations to create personalised fitness programs that focus on long-term health.
Through detailed assessment of various health indicators, stress levels, and lifestyle habits, the Italian company offers members training routines that show measurable results in just 30-minute sessions.
A key feature of this approach is the high level of customisation, made possible by the thorough initial evaluations conducted by qualified professionals.
This process helps analyse important health and fitness data, ensuring that each training program is tailored to the individual.
The inaugural Ydun studio is set to open in April 2025, situated near Piazza Duomo in Milan, covering an area of 240 square meters, reports StartupItalia.
