On Tuesday, September 9th, the East Brabant court announced that Big Ass Battery (BAB) and its related businesses were bankrupt.

Before the official ruling, all Big Ass Battery clients received a short letter about the situation, reports Bouw Machines.

Earlier this summer, they had been informed about payment issues with a customer and financial trouble within the holding company.

As a result, the director of BAB Rentals has now also filed for bankruptcy.

We at Silicon Canals reached out to the company for a statement. However, at the time of writing, we have not received any reply. Nevertheless, we promise to keep our readers updated.

The news comes one month after the official sponsorship of Helmond Sport was announced.

Additionally, in March, the company welcomed Philippe van Esch as a new investor. He acquired a majority stake in the company, creating a positive outlook for its future.
