Dublin-based Accenture, a company that offers consulting and IT services, announced that it has agreed to acquire GemSeek, a Bulgaria-headquartered customer experience analytics provider. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

GemSeek specialises in providing insights, analytics, and AI-powered predictive models to help global businesses understand their customers.

GemSeek is the latest addition to Accenture Song’s acquisitions, joining Work & Co, Rabbit’s Tale, ConcentricLife, Fiftyfive5 and The Stable

Aim of the acquisition?

In a dynamic business landscape where 78 per cent of leaders see people changing faster than their business can adapt, and over half of consumers want quicker responses, GemSeek, alongside Accenture Song, aims to help clients understand customer perspectives and make data-driven decisions.

GemSeek will strengthen Accenture’s commitment to investing in data and AI capabilities through Accenture Song, a tech-powered creative group that aims to assist clients in business growth and maintaining relevance with customers.

GemSeek’s 170+ employees in Bulgaria and the UK will join Accenture Song, expanding its presence and services in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. 

GemSeek employees will be the founding team for Accenture Song in Bulgaria, working alongside over 1,100 professionals from Accenture’s Advanced Technology and Intelligent Operations Centers.

Offering an AI-driven experience intelligence services

Established in 2011, GemSeek specialises in advanced analytics and customer experience programme management, serving industries like telecommunications, healthcare, consumer goods, and financial services. 

With a focus on optimising customer experience, GemSeek helps clients enhance relationships and operational efficiencies.
