AI-assisted tools may support research, source discovery, transcription, summarising source material, drafting, fact-checking support, headline development, and quality review. Humans make publication decisions and remain responsible for published content. Newsletter details and privacy-rights requests are not used in editorial AI workflows. We limit personal information provided to editorial AI tools to what is reasonably necessary.
9. International processing
We and our providers may process information in Singapore, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, Australia, and other locations. Where required, a transfer may rely on an applicable adequacy decision, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or another legally recognised safeguard available for the relevant provider and transfer.
