“What stood out to me wasn’t just the technology — it was the discipline, clarity, and grit behind it. In a market flooded with inflated promises, this team quietly built a real business: profitable, product-led, and deeply attuned to customer needs. They’ve assembled a brilliant founding team and achieved real-world enterprise-scale deployments, powering tens of thousands of daily end-customer interactions with state-of-the-art Conversational and Voice AI. That’s rare,” adds Ratmir Timashev.
“What they’ve accomplished without outside capital is remarkable — and what comes next will be even more impressive with the right support. I’m excited to personally back Aiphoria in its next phase of growth and help accelerate its innovation across the U.S. and European markets,” he adds.
The latest funding round sets Aiphoria’s post-money valuation at $150M (approximately €130M).
The company will use the funds to scale its operations across the United States and Europe.
What does Aiphoria solve?
The demand for scalable, secure, voice-enabled AI-powered enterprise automation has never been higher.
Across industries, businesses are looking to increase customer satisfaction while improving employees’ productivity and reducing the cost of human-only teams in customer service, payment collections, sales, marketing, and recruitment.
Agentic AI is transforming this landscape by enabling businesses to deploy autonomous AI agents that communicate naturally, act with intent, and scale easily, all while maintaining security and full control.
Here’s where Aiphoria comes!
Aiphoria: AI-powered virtual employees
Founded in 2022 by Denis Chernilevsky and Konstantin Kruglov, Aiphoria delivers AI-powered autonomous agents (Aiphoria Pros) that manage enterprise workflows across support, recruitment, sales, and collections.
Aiphoria’s offering is the Aiphoria Pro Platform — a voice-first, multilingual, enterprise-ready AI architecture designed to deploy autonomous agents across voice, messaging, and email.
The platform supports full on-premise deployment for security and compliance, offers modular integration, and features an open-source architecture to ensure transparency and trust.
“From day one, we’ve been laser-focused on building a real business — not chasing the hype around Agentic AI, not pitching to VCs, but solving real problems for real enterprise clients with production-ready Conversational and Voice AI. We built everything from the ground up, bootstrapped — from the first line of code to a profitable company with a team of over 50,” says Konstantin Kruglov, Chairman and Co-founder of Aiphoria
The platform powers AI employees in specific roles like:
- Support Pro
- Sales Pro
- Recruitment Pro
- Collection Pro
It also includes Pro Copilots, AI assistants that enhance human workflows through automation and intelligent suggestions.
“This partnership isn’t just a milestone — it’s proof that even in a world of hype cycles, bubbles, and constant noise, there’s still space for something real. You can start from nothing — no connections, no capital, no map — and still build something that matters. Something that gets noticed, not for its pitch deck, but for its impact,” says Denis Chernilevsky, CEO, Co-founder Aiphoria.
“Today marks the end of one chapter — the bold, bootstrapped beginning. What’s next is a new stage of the journey. But this moment — this win — is ours. And we’ll never forget how it started,” he concludes.
