Amsterdam and Antwerp-based Capital-A, a private equity firm, announced that it has invested in Rotterdam-based Pimm Solutions, an e-commerce platform for business gifts.
The announcement comes as the Rotterdam startup was seeking a new partner with capital and knowledge. Capital A is now the majority shareholder of Pimm Solutions.
The investment will help the Dutch company to accelerate its growth to the next level.

Pimm Solutions: Leader in employee gifting
Pimm Solutions is an e-commerce platform for smart procurement of business gifts such as gift cards, flowers, wine, cake, and other gifts.
The platform provides added value by centralising these purchases via a single platform with employer-branded webshops and extensive integration with purchase-to-pay and ERP systems.
The company’s customers include the Police, PostNL, Rabobank, Stedin, and Nationale Nederlanden.
