Amsterdam-based FIELDS Group, an entrepreneurial hands-on investor focused on developing companies with potential, announced that it has acquired a majority stake in TTNL.

TTNL is an IT infrastructure service provider in the Benelux region and other selected countries. They specialise in end-to-end expertise in setting up, maintaining, and optimising mission-critical, hybrid multi-cloud IT infrastructures.

The aim of the partnership is to build on the successful heritage of TTNL and to grow the company into a leading provider in Europe.

At the same time, FIELDS Group will support the transition from Nicolai Kippersluis (Founder & CEO) to a new management team with Michel Luxembourg (CCO) and Derk-Jan Boon (CTO) taking on even more prominent roles.

TTNL: Specialises in hybrid multi-cloud

Based out of Culemborg, TTNL specialises in data management in the hybrid multi-cloud. The company aims to optimise complex hybrid multi-cloud environments both technically and economically and to ensure business critical data is available and protected. 

The company has strategic partnerships with companies like IBM, Red Hat, PureStorage, Netapp, Lenovo, Dell, VMware, Equinix, Varonis, Veeam, and Rubrik.
