Amsterdam-based HeroHunt.ai, an AI-powered talent search and engagement engine platform, announced on Tuesday, June 20, that it has launched RecruitGPT, a recruitment tool based on AI chatbot ChatGPT.
Unlike LinkedIn’s recruiter, which is based on filters and complex boolean strings, RecruitGPT can generate searches and shortlists based on a chat-based interface where users can type who they are looking for.
RecruitGPT is now available for anyone who wants to find the best talent on complete autopilot. This includes recruiters to hiring managers to team members eager to find their next colleague.
RecruitGPT: Based on a Large Language Model
At the core of RecruitGPT’s technology is a Large Language Model (LLM) trained to understand and generate human-like text.
This technology allows the tool to analyse and interpret vast amounts of data-rich candidate profiles and generate meaningful content in response.
Yuma Heymans, co-founder of HeroHunt.ai, says, “Crafting job descriptions, keyword searches, interpreting candidate profiles and communication with candidates are all completely language-driven and will now never be the same with LLMs.”
“There’s a shift from having to detail out what you want with filters and adding a lot of details, to getting what you want instantly based on minimal input,” adds Heymans.
The tool is now being used by thousands of recruiters and hiring managers, claims the company. Currently, it is available on two subscription plans
Starter – $97/month
Pro – $158/month
