Jungle Minds, an Amsterdam-based digital agency that provides research, design, and technology services, announced that it merged with the Belgium-based Cronos Group

Jungle Minds and Cronos Group have been working together for some time for clients such as Technische Unie, Pon and Straumann.

Post-merger, Jungle Minds will focus on the journey across the innovation gap – the gap between ‘opportunity’ and ‘adoption’. The Dutch company will also continue to operate as an independent team under its name and management.

The company also announced that a new homegrown leadership team will take over all the day-to-day management. Jungle Minds has appointed Mariagiulia Benato as Strategy Director, Dirk Volman as Creative Director, and Marieke Aarts as Managing Director.

Partners Maikel Lieste, Bart ter Steege, and Joost Steins Bisschop will remain fully involved in their role as client advisors.

Jungle Minds: What you need to know

Based out of Amsterdam, Jungle Minds is an independent digital agency that combines business strategy with the power of making.

The company claims that through research, design, and technology, it finds new ways to create value for end-users. “And through that, create tangible business impact for our clients,” says the company.

“As a focussed business innovation studio, you want to work in the user-centric and tech-agnostic way Jungle Minds has always done,” says Bart ter Steege. “But to make a real impact in the later stages of innovation, software delivery and specialist knowledge of architecture and data become crucial. Within the Cronos Group, specialists in every leading technology are within reach. Whilst maintaining and growing our own tech-agnostic working method and culture”.

Cronos Group: What you need to know
