Copenhagen-based software company Arkyn announced that it has secured €4M in funding.

The Danish company builds software designed to simplify and accelerate Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP) workflows. Arkyn’s primary customers are large enterprises in the manufacturing and field service sectors that rely on SAP PM/CS systems.

Simplifying SAP maintenance and service operations

Arkyn is a B2B SaaS company that develops software for enterprises working with SAP systems. It focuses on creating mobile tools that support maintenance and service operations by connecting directly to SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and CS modules.

The company was founded by the same partners who established Invokers, a firm that has been building SAP-based applications since 2007. Their experience with SAP solutions laid the groundwork for Arkyn’s development approach, which focuses on delivering software that makes complex maintenance and service workflows easier to manage on mobile platforms.

Arkyn offers several products under its FastApp Suite.

  • FastAssets connects with SAP PM and CS to give users access to maintenance records and asset data, allowing technicians to handle asset-related work from a single interface.
  • FastCloud, the company’s middleware, connects Arkyn’s apps with SAP systems and reduces integration time through an SAP Cloud Connect module installed in the customer’s environment.
  • FastForms replaces paper-based forms by using electronic fields, search functions, and machine learning to improve data entry and accuracy.
  • FastTime simplifies the recording of time and material usage in SAP, cutting down on manual tasks and strengthening data consistency.
  • FastWork supports work order processing, enabling maintenance teams to plan, schedule, and record work while generating useful operational insights.
  • The FastApp Suite combines all four applications with the FastCloud platform. This integration allows maintenance teams to interact with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems seamlessly.

Arkyn’s software can be customised through certified system integrators when organisations require specific adaptations or integrations beyond the standard version.

Through its suite of interconnected apps and middleware platform, Arkyn claims to provide enterprises with a faster, more connected way to manage SAP maintenance and service operations.

Partner programmes and opportunities

Arkyn operates multiple partnership models, including Referral, Reseller, and System Integrator programmes.

Referral and Reseller partners can earn between 10 per cent and 20 per cent commission based on performance. System Integrators receive a 30 per cent flat rate for reselling and integrating Arkyn’s products.

Individual consultants, especially those with SAP PM expertise or networks in industrial enterprises, can also participate through the referral programme.

Each partner is assigned a Partner Success Manager and given access to Arkyn’s Partner Relation Management (PRM) platform. The PRM provides sales and marketing resources, educational materials, and demo applications for client presentations.
