Berlin-based startup zenloop is a customer experience management platform. It was founded in 2016 by three experienced entrepreneurs – Lukasz Lazewski, Björn Kolbmüller and Paul Schwarzenholz.
Now, zenloop has secured €5.3 million in funding round led by Nauta Capital, a pan-European venture capital firm along with participation from Piton Capital. This investment will be used for the global expansion of the company. In 2019, zenloop will focus on growing within Europe and doubling its team size.
The customer experience SaaS solution of zenloop lets businesses gather, analyse and respond to feedback from customers in real-time. Its platform integrates NPS (Net Promoter System) framework within an all-in-one platform, which uses machine learning. Eventually, the startup tackles the major causes of customer churn as it collects customer feedback across every touchpoint and deliver personalised retention actions.
As of now, this Berlin-based startup serves clients across verticals such as travel, omnichannel retail, e-commerce and consumer brands. Its platform has processed over 2000 surveys and 7 million responses since its launch.
“Our primary goal is to grow within the European market by leveraging our leading position with Germany-based companies,” added zenloop co-founder, Paul Schwarzenholz. “Therefore, the round will not only allow us to expand our marketing and sales efforts and expanding our team but also strengthen our IP in machine learning capabilities to drive insights and actions for our customers. We also plan to expand across Europe and tackle the customer experience market beyond the DACH region. We’re thrilled to have Nauta, Piton and our industry expert Angels supporting us with their expertise and network.”
