Connex One’s Future Approach
Founded in 2013 by brothers Nick and Richard Mealey, Connex One provides an AI-driven customer engagement platform with omnichannel communication and business automation. Brands can use the platform to improve their customer journey, increase revenue, and optimise their workforces.
Connex One has been rapidly growing its product and machine learning teams. The company has also launched a range of customer engagement features, enabling it to achieve triple-digit-growth for enterprise clients and ARRs for consecutive years.
To support the growing demand from global enterprises, the company has opened offices in Miami, Barcelona, and Melbourne. The company plans to expand its global workforce to 1,000 employees.
Latium Tech acquired a majority stake in Connex One in 2016, along with Sir Terry Leahy and The William Currie Group.
