Clanbeat Education, founded by Kadri Tuisk with partners Tiina Pauklin, Christjan Schumann, and Triin Noorkõiv, is a personal growth and organisation culture support platform for organisations that are interested in their peoples’ growth.

Recently, the company has scored $1.2 million funding (approx € 1 million) from Mistletoe Inc and angel investors Martin Henk and Ragnar Sass. The company intends to use this funding to support the development of a platform focused on assisting the growth of people as self-driven learners and expansion to new markets.

This Estonian startup is developing a holistic software that supports students and adults in mastering driving their own learning and being a well balanced human being along that journey.

Based out of Tallinn, Clanbeat’s vision is to support personal growth through building human agency and community support. The first focus on that journey has been helping schools to be growth-orientated and inspiring workplaces.

By helping to design a humane employee experience through increasing engagement and cooperation, supporting HR processes from onboarding to growth, and helping to reach better results through leadership that is focused on individual and collegial growth.

Building on our first successful pilots and a co-creative process with our student, teacher, and school leadership partners, our goal is to launch an upgrade to the Clanbeat platform in spring 2020 and take a grand leap in offering our solution to many more schools around the world.

Kadri Tuisk, Founder and CEO of Clanbeat, said:

Life is unpredictable. Personal growth does not happen in a vacuum and is in constant flux with the complexity and uncertainty the current world throws at us. Organics of life requires much more to reach your full potential than just following some plan.

He also added:

By data analysis and predictions behind the learning model, we are able to accelerate personal growth and help to overcome the obstacles life brings to a learner’s journey. Besides individual learning plans — community and 1-on-1 support are often needed reaching new heights. We are here to help with the process of systematically organizing one’s thoughts, feelings, and actions to attain one’s goals in this ever-changing world. We’re helping people to discover their true passions, achieve their goals, and shape their own future. I’m super excited to work with Taizo and Mistletoe because of shared vision around a human-centered future.
